  • Hot tub hours are from 9am to 10pm every day (the last hot tub booking is at 9pm)
  • Please check in 15 minutes before your booking

  • For larger bookings that need multiple hot tubs, please contact the supplier directly
  • Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children under 5 years are not permitted in the hot tubs
  • Alcohol and food cannot be brought onto the premises
  • Secret Spot is non-smoking and vaping
Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to your reservation
  • Booking cancellation requires 12 hours’ notice
