  • Photography is strictly prohibited whilst in our tour spaces
  • On-street parking is free but can get busy. Please allow ample time to find a park
  • There is no luggage storage in the Wētā Cave or within our tour spaces
Cancellation Policy
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, there is no refund available.
  • If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, we will refund 50% of the total booking price.
  • If a tour is cancelled by Weta Workshop, we can reschedule your tour to another day that suits you or offer a full refund.

  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
